Angelina Jolie’s Enigmatic Charm Captured Through Artistic Brilliance

The photographer hails from Oak Ridge, Tennessee, with over three decades of successful experience in photography, marked by his unique and diverse style. He received his degree from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California in 1980 before relocating to Milan, where he gained recognition for his innovative approach. He received critical acclaim after his work featured in various esteemed publications, including Vogue Italia, Lei, Linea Italiana, Madame Figaro, and French Elle. Upon achieving success in Europe, he returned to the United States, where he captured album covers and advertising campaigns for several clients. Holz’s photography is unique, incorporating lighting, shadows, movement, and printing techniques to produce individual images. His portfolio is diverse, ranging from nude subjects positioned alongside industrial objects to vast landscapes, forests, jungles, rivers, and aftermaths. Later, his focus shifted towards celebrity portraiture, capturing the likes of Jack Nicholson, Angelina Jolie, Beyonce, and President Barack Obama, among others. His work has been exhibited in galleries worldwide, with some of his photographs displayed in permanent collections at the International Museum of Photography at the George Eastman House in Rochester, NY, and Centro Cultural/Arte Contemporaneo in Mexico City. Currently, Holz is represented by the Fahey/Klein Gallery in Los Angeles and Staley Wise Gallery in New York City.
